What you say and how you say it is the foundation of all of your marketing efforts. With very little packaging real estate or advertising space you must capture the attention of your target, effectively communicate your message, and drive purchase intent. Research can provide the opportunity to understand if the words you use are credible and convincing to both potential and existing customers. It can also help you understand the nuances between what you want to communicate and what is being communicated. This will identify whether your current messaging is successful or is detracting from your success.
Similar to package design and ad testing, our moderators have a longstanding history of working with our clients, their advertising agencies, and/or brand strategy consultants to test creative and copy. Knowing how to pinpoint not only what consumers take away from any messaging, but also what impact that will have on their behavior is one of our core competencies. Furthermore, we use untraditional analytical methods such as TURF analysis, to determine which combination of messages appeal to the greatest audience by reaching different segment populations.
